football Sunday= gains. but week 2 of no soda, just water and tea, next challenge is eliminate candy, but today is a failure because s snickers bar was calling my name. but no more today and try for none tomm. all in baby steps. and sometime I'll get ambition to exercise? hopefully lol



short term goal for end of year in the low 190s.
200.4 lb Lost so far: 75.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
