At least I didn't gain this week, but no loss either. I am getting frustrated to say the least. Haven't figured out what I am going to do to jump start my weight loss, but working on it. Dang!!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 84.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's very strange, but yes, patience is definitely required.

Just stand still, let God move. Don't get flustered. You have loss a lot so you know you can do this. Just wait it will start coming off again. I know words are cheap but it will happen.
