Well done me! Going out for my birthday meal with the hubby now, Thai I think.

Well Thai was a nice thought. Hubby ended up having a coughing fit, too tired to go out now. Oh well, another time, feed myself again.
197.3 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
