Quite upset by it, but my mum pointed out that a) I'm on my period and b) I've halved my calorie intake and probably confused my body into thinking I'm starving myself... so I'm upping my calories this week to 1500 and then will take them down slowly each week til 1200... have stuck to it pretty well except the one splurge on pizza.

159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you can stay steady on your period, then you are doing better than most people. I gain 5 or more pounds each month, no matter what I do. I know it's temporary, so no big deal.
