I feel heavy and bloated. To be sure, I haven't been following Atkins strictly, either, but even when I was, it wasn't working for me. I need to try a lower-fat alternative. I'm going to keep to lean meats and fish, and switch my breakfast from bacon & eggs to Go Lean cereal with almond milk, flaxseed, sliced almonds and berries. I'll try this for a while and see how it goes.
