Slept well, up at 7:30am to get ready to go to Tops. Left at 8:20. Gained 2 lbs.....not surprised as haven't gone to the Y. Poor attendence at meeting today. Spoke to Angie this am, she is planning on coming to do the house tomorrow.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
