I finally got a scale and it is 5:30 at night ... can't wait to see what it is in the morning.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I am sticking to the diet ... it is very low calorie and if I stay away from carbs I seem to be able to stick to it. It appears that if I eat any carbs I send my blood sugar into some sort of a tail spin and it never comes out well.
