what a nice and unexpected surprise. my sister's wedding was last weekend and it was a 4 day endeavor. needless to say I wasn't watching what I ate very closely. happy to see this
159.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 34.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
