Two mornings in a row.
181.2 lbs, sorry no pics as Postimg seems to be down.
Two good exercise days on the exercycle:
yesterday was 39:15,8.17 miles ridden burning 300 calories and today was 56:30, going 12.25 miles and burning 450 calories.
The big meal yesterday was two chili rellenos with veggies and todays was grits and eggs. I believe I may go lower by tomorrows weighin.
181.2 lb Lost so far: 27.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.7 lb a week
