I'm following the diet quite well, except for imbibing on more wine or liquor than I should. Not bad. I lost 7 pounds in about 2 weeks. I only exercised twice last week, but either running with the dog or going for a bike ride today.
202.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
