I am making progress, it's a little slow but steady.
270.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Nothing really slow about a 2 lb loss my friend....go eyeball two pounds of pig fat and see that it's not small at all. Two pounds a week is awesome, two pounds a month is still good too!
