I survived the Labour Day long weekend without gaining weight. The weather was not great, so I did not get the exercise in I hoped. But I did pretty good with the food. I've signed up for a 8 week Saturday "FallFatAttack" class starting Sept 17th. I did her spring class. They are tough. Includes homework, nutrition planning, plus available by text/email if needed.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
