Here is yesterday's exercycle results:

I had the same breakfast two days in a row but substitute two slices of bread instead of tortillas for one day. Also no pastry the second meal.

My girlfriend had an arthroscopy done to her left knee last Thursday and has not done any cooking. I have gotten by with fast food such as this El Pollo Loco pictured and odds and ends from the refrigerator. She also except some of her relatives have cooked for her while I was at work.

Breakfast was a bagel with peanut butter, grits, a banana along with water and coffee.
180.2 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
