haven't been logging my food like I should. going to try again. I've been walking and packing my snacks and lunch so the vending machine at work doesn't win again!! have a great day!
177.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
