Had a lovely dinner yesterday it was top notch. I was very civilised about my food choices I ate a lot however it was meat, veges and peanut butter lean beef sausage.
My belief is it is all about Life balance so I am slowly trying
Gym training going well receiving some brilliant support so I think I'll keep the gym membership that I was going to cancel 2 months ago.to adjust a few things.
