feeling that familiar, age old feeling of "why didn't I lose weight yesterday??" but considering different factors, such as being on my period, it's no surprise that their might be some water retention etc. i just have to keep chugging.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 36.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
