i've lost ten lbs with my diet just the first week!! but i dont thinks thats healthy, i have more energy but my body feels week. next step is to find a good nutrional balance just to see if i can fix that.... i feel great physically, but mentally and emotinally im exhausted... i dont want to reach my goal by starving myself. at this rate ill be 200 in 6 weeks whis is really bad if im all droopy in stead of fit. :(
it sucks cause most people would be psyched to be 10 lbs lighter
255.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
