just making sure I'm not moving up.. will start checking weight AFTER the weekend to make sure not to overeat weekends ;) .. Relax! and don't feel bad if some little food goes wasted.
108.0 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
