This has been the easiest diet I have ever done. I don't feel hungry and if I keep bread and sweets out of my house and out of my site I am not tempted. I have been drinking my coffee with heavy cream, eating butter, and using mayo which I was always afraid to use before..it tastes so good and after 1 week of not eating sugar or bread I am not craving it. Happy!!
