This is my weight with clothes on in midday , as I started diet with such a weight... I am weighing myself without clothes every Fri. night without clothes. I feel lighter at least, as if I have lost a lot more than three pounds anyway, which is very good I think... Also energy level is way up and I'm sleeping less and feel a lot better and am staying on program permanently because after just 10 days the way I feel is so markedly better, and I don't feel bloated, tired, run-down all the time even though I'm on psychiatric meds that can cause extreme tiredness at times...
