This program is a good one for me to start with due to all my health problems. I ask my Doctor about the pie chart at the end of the day. Because it only show what it would look like on a 1200 cal. diet. I can never get in more then 8 to 900 cal. a day. This was a hang up of mine because I did not like my chart. I have had to work hard at getting my fats down and my protein up. But I think I am doing better. Calorie Breakdown: Carbohydrate (15%) Fat (56%) Protein (29%)
