Carb night got a little out of hand last night. Decided to go out on a 'date' and threw caution to the wind. It doesn't happen much and we don't go out that often. Oh well.

I'm going to start training this week. I'm using BodySpace to record my training progress and remaining on FS to record my food.
152.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
