I'm down 1 pound from this time last week. Not bad.

I'm trying out another tracking website right now. I've been very happy with FS but my health insurance through work offers a 'program' and several co-workers are considering this program. It's free and they offer a pretty cool 'starter kit'. The worst thing about this 'program' is that it is the traditional nutrition advice that is doomed to fail. The only reason I would switch sites and participate in this 'program' is to support my co-workers.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Wow. This other tracking site sucks. What do you mean I can't see my food broken down in my macros? Ugh.
