Had a Carls Jr Monster biscuit and coffee for breakfast. Then rode exercycle.

Dinner tonight was my girlfriend's chicken soup with two or three pieces in it. Plus veggies including spinach along with frijoles and two corn tortillas.

183.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 11.2 lb a week
