Breaking my self-induced mold! I fought like crazy last night against my cravings. at the very last minute I ate two stoned wheat crackers, but otherwise made it quite well. unfortunately my cat kept waking me up so sleep wasn't exactly an option.
159.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 34.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
