Breakfast:
2 eggs
3 slice turkey bacon
coffee/3 packs equal/3 tsp creamer

Lunch:
4oz grill chicken breast
2.5 cups salad mix
4 tbsp blue cheese dressing
Sugar Free Jello

Dinner:
4oz grill chicken breast
1/2 cup green beans
coffee/2 packs equal/pumpkin spice

Total Carbs: 20

Today is my first day of writing down what I eat. OMG, no wonder I can't lose weight! I have been eating way too much! You know how the saying goes, when you ASSume you make an ASS out of yourself! :)
226.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I find it really helps to write it all down. Good job! You're doing great. I find I am also more satisfied with what I eat when I write it down.
