Although I hate losing weight like a normal person (week by week instead of daily), I have to remind myself I'm making progress, albeit not as fast as I'd like. I've been doing a lot of wlak and pretty healthful eating lately.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
