I can't remember in being this thin. I think in grade school. Love this LCHF....I don't eat any fruit unless I sample my Dads homemade jam before canning. Dietdoctor.com has helped so much with food choices. We are going to start swimming Dad and I we are just waiting on a diabetic wound to heal and we are off to the pool. Hope everyones week goes great.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 74.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
