187's Journal, 06 August 2016

Following weight watchers program and doing well since May 28th when I started. Today I weighed in at 241.2. When I initially started was 266.6. Never miss a meeting, track everything I eat in a journal. No processed foods and most of my carbs come from vegetables. Walk 3/4 mile with my wife nightly, swim 3+ times per week, and cardio on tread mill varying speed and incline.
241.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb.    Still to go: 53.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.7 lb a week
