Forgot to do an entry yesterday. Started out at 181.2, followed by a trip to the spotlight 29 casino buffet. No bike ride obviously.
Dinner pic(posted next morning.)

183.2 lb Lost so far: 25.8 lb. Still to go: 3.2 lb. Diet followed poorly.
