I'm thinking this is the corresponding water weight loss to go with my water weight gain - womanly cycles make trying to figure out if I'm doing this right really hard - what is my real weight!
130.1 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
