Breakfast was chorizo with eggs, refried beans and two corn tortillas.

Followed by a ride on the exercycle.
179.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week
