Been having wraps made with healthful ingredients and fruit. Becuase of my job I've been waking up stairs and bringing textbooks for about 4 hours a day,so that helps. I've been strangely tired recently though... sleeping like the dead. and taking late naps.
159.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
