Breakfast was a McD's coffee along with 2 sausage burritos.
Lunch was chicken with spinach, a fried banana and a couple corn tortillas..


Dinner was a banana and peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk.
Rode the exercycle 43 minutes, 9.15 miles, burning 336 calories. Did some work with dumbbells also.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 5.6 lb a week
