yesterday I was 167. today I'm down. So, I really need to stay on track on the diet that I need, and stop eating the stiff that makes me sick. but work the hell my life is right now, I can't help but be comforted by food. my can't/don't eat is sooo damn big, I get overwhelmed and go where ever I want and eat all the wrong things. then I have such guilt, and yet I continue to do it to myself. well, it's time for me to look out for me. I matter, my health matters, so a new day, and a new outlook. happy Sunday y'all.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I understand. I do the same thing. Eat really good, then mess up and get frustrated. Just gotta get right back on the healthy eating and start fresh right (I'm telling myself too!)
