So here I am, on the gaining side again. I have weighted myself several times in the last few days, and this was my steady weight for like 2 weeks now.
I was checking last evening for apps and websites with workouts and routines, and I came back to my long love Blogilates, from where I will begin a 30-day challenge for beginners, and I will add stretching and maybe some more workouts to that. Women Running had a very nice 8-week weight-loss program as well, but it included running for 30 to 50 minutes at times, and this I know I cannot do (yet). I feel so ashamed for letting myself go, because there were times when I was running 6 km in about 40 minutes, and I am so far from that fitness level now.
I also looked into Yoga and specialized workouts for hips, abs and arms. What apps and websites do you use?
