Im NOT HAPPY but NOT DEVASTATED but just came to the realization that some fat may have turned into muscle. And ive only gained back 0.4 lbs which I assume that I will lose that tonight when I go to yin yoga and go running afterwards then after that go swimming!
Im soo sore that I can barely get up an move around without walking like an old chick but after awhile the soreness wears off and im fine guess this is how its going to be for a while until my body gets used to it.
208.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 78.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week

Muscle soreness means your muscles are retaining water to help them heal. Google "why the scale lies" for insight. This water can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller than usual loss. It can take weeks/months to gain an actual pound of muscle. The exercise will help you lose fat/inches much quicker. Once your muscles get used to the new exercise, the scale will catch up. I haven't seen the scale move much lately, but I could fit in to shorts I couldn't a few weeks ago. Sounds like you are doing great. an epsom salt bath might help with soreness and cherries or cherry juice can also help.
