Back from 2 weeks holiday in QLD. Didn't cheat and am a little disappointed that I didn't loose more as we were walking a lot and I ate to plan. Either way, I had a wonderful time and I did lose 0.2kg. I'll take it. Onward and downward.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
