Grits, 4 fried eggs, slice of toast, fried banana and a slice of cake.


Exercycle:38 and a half minutes, 9.15 miles, 336 calories.
One set of bicep curls each arm and started exercise for delts but feel pushing after workout yesterday so will give it a rest for couple days. Did get some forearm work done with the gripper though.
175.2 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
