I really hate it when I depressed/bored eat....it's like I eat all day non stop. Boo me
145.7 lb Lost so far: 6.3 lb.    Still to go: 25.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So many of us do the same...don't beat yourself up!

I have had so many days like that. Eat all day, fall asleep in the recliner, wake up groggy. I couldn't imagine back then that it was possible to live without those foods. It wasn't just my mood. It was the food.

Don't make a habit out of punishing yourself. Make it a game, and get that competitive spirit fighting. It's you vs. the fat. Not you vs. you.

I do the same thing.:( It's frustrating.

Can be very helpful/scary moment in terms of strengthening our resolve to stay on the other path that is narrow but more satisfying.
