I do NOT feel guilty. In fact, in spite of the gain, I feel pretty good about myself today. Thursdays are my days to check my measurements. Just the few that I do keep track of(the rest I can tell in how things are fitting). I have still managed to lose 2 1/2 inches in this last week, with the biggest loss being in my hips with 1 1/2" melting away to somewhere!

The scale is only part of my ways to track progress. This weekly measurement thing is what I look forward to the most and, as long as that keeps going down, I AM GOOD TO GO!
249.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 89.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
