So went to the gym with the hubby tonight, weighed in and down another lb! so happy! I also switched medicines from lexapro to cymbalta not sure if that would make a difference but ive been sticking to a diet of a 1200-1500 cals a day and a deficit of about 500-1000. I do notice the medicine is making me lose my appetite some which isnt a terrible thing lol but i honestly feel exhausted so this may not be the right medicine for me either :sigh:
180.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
