Oh no! More fat loss!! What will I wear?!?!? #pantsfallingoff

:) thanks Jimmie. The good note is that I'm not spilling out of my clothes, the bad note is that they are falling off of me or just look ridiculous. I think it's a good problem.

I don't mean to sound judgey at all. I somewhat understand how fasting helps you lose weight. But my question is, How do you go back to eating normal once your at your goal without putting it all back on? Im just curious.. And I know what the #pantsfallingoff dilemma is like. I went from size 6 to 0 in a year and its still a struggle to find things that fit right.

@Kppgreen, you'll have some bounce back...but manageable, the net will be good. @EqFit23: A 5:2 fasting cycle is a tool....once at goal weight, either flip to a 6:1 cycle for maintenance, or a 16hr : 8hr cycle for maintenance/weight loss. Not putting weight back on is simply about eating the right foods.

Eq, I don't know what the future holds for me, but I have a feeling that not eating as much or as often....semi-fasting will become my new normal way of eating. Mainly because it feels right and it feels good.

Oh ok thank you @mahjohn and @debrafredrick. sorry im not very familiar with fasting techniques. Personally I would probably pass out. But I also don't need to lose anything at this point. I was just curious thank you for clearing it up a little

Outstanding!!!

You're looking at it as a diet, EqFit23, and hardcore fasting is a dieting tool, but it's more than that, it's also a strategy for maintaining weight loss. There's a lot of good information floating around the forums, not that you need it at 97lbs.

no I definitely don't "need" it @philmck Im actually trying to gain some weight lol. I do enjoy learning though. From what I understand any "way of eating" is *your* diet. I know a lot of people use fasting as a tool. So I was wondering if its just a tool or if people live like that. But @mahjohn answered my question. Thank you

I like the ongoing plan for IF and maintenance. I like the way it feels to eat like this. I have nothing dark and ominous in my diet future like I always had with previoius "diets". Having no fear of the future is a great thing. Great work Kpp.

@EqFit23...what I also do is a Spike Night or a Carb Night where I purposely eat higher carbs that I've been putting off for the previous 6 days.

I'm actually doing 500-700 kcal/day until I hit my goal weight (130ish). I do 20:4 daily fasting, one 72 hour water fast once a month, and I participate in a weekly spike night. Once I get to my goal I will gradually increase my daily kcal and continue with 5:2, 16:8, spike night, and monthly water fasting.

Adding Kppgreen to my list of FS Warriors. I am 1 hr away from a 24 hour liquid fast of just tea and coffee. You rock. I like your plan.

Still killing it Kpp, even with a scale bounce back, your actual fat loss will still be there!!

Thanks Ches! Some say I'm obsessed, other say I'm dedicated. :-D
