Well, it's been a while since I've logged in and reported anything. In between then and now...I had a business trip to Utah, Mother's Day, Mother's Birthday, Memorial Day and Father's Day. I am getting over a sinus infection that developed on May 10th. During that period I did not work out; it was hard to even think about working out when feeling like dog poo.
Yesterday was my first workout since the May 7th and I'm a little sore today. My husband and I do Metabolic Resistance Training or it can be called turbulence training. After Father's Day I was up 2 lbs and now I'm back to 143lbs. My end goal is 130 lbs.
Once or twice a day I treat myself to a Vanillia Frozen Latte using 2% milk. The base I use is 70 calories and the cup of 2% milk is 130 calories so my wonderful icy treat is only 200 total calories.
I've been staying under my calories in this Oklahoma heat (heat index has been averaging 110) I don't have much of an appetite. We're eating well, organic veggies, organic chicken, turkey an fish.
