After one day of my water fast.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'm not sure if my weight loss is due to the one a day meals. I think it helps, but I'm also only eating 500-700 kcal/day and currently water fasting. I will keep up the 500-700 kcal/day for July and that fits very nicely with one meal a day.
