I get down and out, too, if the scale doesn't move daily. Stupid but I can't keep myself off the scales. It should be getting cooler for you soon so maybe you can take some walks outside (we lived in Phoenix for four years - so I know about the heat that keeps you in the house). Try to get some low fat cheese sticks and beef jerky. The teriyaki has some sugar in it but not much and might help with your sweet tooth on those tough days. Good luck!
