ya ya i know... i feel like a cow today... thought i was looking pretty good till i weighed myself.. i think im gonna get a new scale today.... i have to adjust mine everyday so i dont even know how accurate my weight actually is... ill do better today... all ive had is a boiled egg so far... no banana bread for me today!!!!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 42.0 lb a week

I get down and out, too, if the scale doesn't move daily. Stupid but I can't keep myself off the scales. It should be getting cooler for you soon so maybe you can take some walks outside (we lived in Phoenix for four years - so I know about the heat that keeps you in the house). Try to get some low fat cheese sticks and beef jerky. The teriyaki has some sugar in it but not much and might help with your sweet tooth on those tough days. Good luck!

The scale sometimes isn't the best tool to use in measuring weight loss. I saw a small change in my scale but saw a drastic change in my clothes. So, you may want to count inches loss also.
