ate at smokey bones with mom on saturday. right back on track with the very next meal....
so I'm setting mini goal for myself to be at 195 by Feb 1 2010. Thats two weeks to lose 4.4 lbs. Wow!! I think I can do it.
Here's my plan: *Definitely get myself a water bottle this week. Push the water really hard. 100oz per day. *Also, keep my fiber up as much as possible - shoot for 30 grams per day - more on how I'll achieve this *Save myself a carb serving for later in the evening when I know I'll want something *Create a evening / before bed routine for myself and the kids....(trust me this will help)
Put these items in place no later than wednesday of this week
