I have eaten horribly for the past week. Weighing in a few days at 137.8!!
Crappy cafeteria food was not tasty; unsatisfying; and calorie laden. I think I tend to eat more when it is not satisfying. I tend to eat less when there is balance in the meal. For instance, grilled salmon and steamed veggies makes me HAPPY! Crap from a can makes me unhappy and prone to overeat.
Thank goodness today's weight was 135.8. Will be on guard for the next few weeks.
Would like to weigh 133 by June 24th.
