Not enough walking, less green vegetables than I need, and an increase in starchy vegetables 1/2 sweet potato / 1/2 c beans / day. I can see I am carrying extra water all over.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
