Here is my gain! I could feel the insulin rush when my spike night started. Felt so sick... :/ I've been fasting so far today and I plan to have a small dinner. I'll do what I do and we'll see how the weight comes off. :)
154.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Love the comparison pic... you look amazing! Please let us know how the carb night thing goes for you. I'm just about ready to try it myself, but am afraid of feeling sick like you mentioned. I don't even crave sweets anymore (what??????) so am not sure i should force myself to eat them for a carb night.......???

Ditto, ditto...nice pics and no worries on the gain...it is an experiment so no harm in trying to see how well it works for you....I'm interested to see if you see long term benefits. Take care, hope your week ahead goes great!!
